RMA Procedure

If you need to return an item to LaVision please request an Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending it back. LaVision will provide the RMA form in return. Send the item including this RMA form. Note that LaVision will reserve the right to reject return shipments if you send items without RMA form.

if you had correspondence on this matter with LaVision support already you can find the ticket number in the subject of the email
