What’s new in DaVis 11.3?
- Davis startup sound: indicates that startup has finished and all hardware has been initialized.
- Processing with free source selection: enables more freedom to build up a processing pipeline.
- Streaming Processing: results in a substantial speed up for processing, as intermediate results do not need to be stored and reloaded.
- Export/Import complete shelf: helps to backup, retrieve or transfer settings.
- Shelf for recording settings: allows the backup of favorite or regularly used settings for use in the future.
- Plot legends: annotate plots with a legend and change plot titles freely.
- Rename plot axis: change the name of any plot axis individually.
- Source image frame selection in vector background: easily switch the camera frame in the background of a vector field
- Add camera view cones to 3D calibration display: assess the volume of the experiment covered by the camera's field of view, and readjust the position or orientation of the camera if necessary.
- 3D plate positions for multi view calibration are stored to project: All plate positions stored as a 3D view along with the calibration, which allows the volume coverage to be checked.
- Exclude singles images from calibration: exclude individual calibration marks of inferior quality to re-fit the calibration model without the need to record a new set of images.
- Volume Self Calibration speed-up: improved multi camera triangulation makes the calculation much faster, especially when using a large number of cameras.
